The current group sessions are outside and encompass the beautiful surrounds of the Surf Coast. All sessions cater for all fitness levels and abilities and are in various locations around Torquay.

The most popular group training sessions is the “Kid’s Run Group”. Running is an important foundation for all junior sports.

Corporate training sessions are available and adaptable to what is needed.
