- A voice of reason and experience to keep you on the right path of training
- A guide to help you know the difference between when to back off and when to really push through.
How it works:
Regardless of the program chosen:
Initial email sent includes:
- evaluation of current fitness,
- past injuries and illnesses
- individual goals
Once you are happy to proceed:
Communication by text, email, phone, video calls
A custom program based on clients needs, strengths and weaknesses
