Winter is here
Winter is here but JoKing Training doesn’t go into hibernation through winter.
Winter shouldn’t be a time to hibernate. Instead get outside and explore new running, hiking and riding tracks.
This is a time for being consistent with exercise, less volume, trying new things and embracing the change in the seasons.
Spend the time to explore your own backyard.
I highly recommend exploring the Great Ocean Road in Victoria. The trails are amazing for running and hiking, the waterfalls are flowing and the rainforest will provide a sensory overload for all. Mountain bike riding is another fabulous form of exercise through winter. With so many towns embracing this sport, there are dedicated tracks and trails for everyone.
So….no excuses…there is more inside you than you dare to think!!
