PERSONAL/ GROUP/ CORPORATE TRAINING

                      All fitness levels and abilities are catered for.

Whatever level you are and whatever your goals are we can get you there. 

Group fitness is a great way to stay motivated, gain social connectedness and enjoy the positive impacts of physical activity.

The current group sessions are outside and encompass the beautiful surrounds of the Surf Coast.
A popular session is the "mums and bubs" class.  It allows mums to exercise outside and bring their children along too. 

Corporate training sessions are available and adaptable to what is needed.

Current Group Sessions Available

Monday: Teenage Cross Training- 5pm

Tuesday: Run Group- 6am

Thursday: Cross Training- 6am

Thursday: Kids Run Group-4.30pm

All sessions cater for all fitness levels and abilities and are in various locations around Torquay.

Sessions are outdoors, but the weather is taken into account and shelter is available in these situations.



About Jo King

Since retiring from triathlon which saw her as the 1998 World Champion and winner of some of the most prestigious races in the world Jo has moved into the coaching spotlight.  Jo’s drive and passion for being active has rubbed off onto many of her personal training clients and students from her PhysEd classes. 

Jo's goal is to teach people how to make exercise a part of their lifestyle and allow them to achieve their milestones big all small.
