A custom training program is based on the clients needs, strengths and weaknesses.

These training programs are designed to help any client achieve their goals. 

If you are a person that is motivated to train but just wants some guidance on what type of training to do, then this is for you!
You might be someone wanting a basic general fitness program or somebody wanting to do an Ironman Triathlon.  Once your goals have been established a program is designed based around your lifestyle constraints.
A training program removes the thinking out of your sessions and gives the client some accountability.
The program should help you develop a set of habits that will teach you to trust your instincts, finish what you started, and enjoy the journey along the way.

All programs are individual as no person is alike.

How Does Online Training Work?

Once you decide to commit to getting fit or to do an event you will be sent a questionnaire to help
me better understand your current situation and goals. I will than devise a custom program
to fit your situation. You will be expected to give me regular updates on how you are going
with the sessions/program so I am then able to adjust the program if needed.

How long does it take to receive my program?

You will receive your questionnaires and forms within 24hours of your purchase. Once Jo has
received all your information a plan should be emailed back to you within 2 days.

How will I communicate with Jo?

Email, phone, sms, are all the forms of technology you can use to communicate. I
understand that people have busy lives and schedules and can easily adapt training plans to
suit the clients schedules.

About Jo King

Since retiring from triathlon which saw her as the 1998 World Champion and winner of some of the most prestigious races in the world Jo has moved into the coaching spotlight.  Jo’s drive and passion for being active has rubbed off onto many of her personal training clients and students from her PhysEd classes. 

Jo's goal is to teach people how to make exercise a part of their lifestyle and allow them to achieve their milestones big all small.
